Set in an elegant Grade II listed Country Estate, Norman Court nestles amidst 144 acres of beautiful woodland and countryside on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border. The House was built in the 13th century and by the 14th century it had been enlarged by the owner, Roger Norman who gave his name to Norman Court.

 

In the build up to D Day 1944 the woodland surrounding Norman Court was used as accommodation for American Soldiers, with the Norman Court House acting as the Head Quarters. Latterly the House became a military hospital for injured troops returning from Europe during WW2.

 

The last notable owner was Washington Singer of Singer Sewing Machines who lived in the property until 1946.

Norman Court became a School in 1952 remaining as such until 2013, it is now utilised as a Training and Education Centre, specialising as a Fire, Rescue and Medical Training Centre home to Hampshire Fire and Medical Services. Norman Court boasts stunning surrounding and modern facilities such as outdoor heated swimming pool, fully equipped gym and wellbeing suites.

 

The South Of England Fire Show 2022 is set to be the largest Fire show on the south coast boasting; collections of fire engines spanning from the late 1800's to the present day, joined by a large range of classic Motor vehicles including Vintage motor cars / motorcycles, Military vehicles and American Emergency Service Vehicles, Children's Inflatable Fun-land, Full access to all of Norman Courts facilities

and on-site parking guaranteeing great entertainment for the whole family!
